The ginkgo biloba, also known as the maidenhair tree, symbolizes the unity of opposites, endurance, hope, love, and longevity.
It is considered one of the oldest tree species in the world, as ginkgo fossils have been found in Permian period deposits dating back approximately 270 million years.
