Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Konrāda Kafē! These terms apply to the use of our website and to table reservations. By making a reservation or using our services you agree to these terms — please read them before booking.

Reservations

You can book a table online on our website by choosing a date, time and number of guests (1–7 people), or by calling +371 26633081 or emailing info@konradakafe.lv. A reservation takes effect once you receive an email confirmation with your booking number. Tables can be booked up to 2 months in advance; no deposit is required for standard reservations.

For groups of 8 or more, and for banquets, we arrange the reservation individually — please contact us directly. We hold your table for 15 minutes past the reserved time; if you are running later, please let us know — otherwise the table may be offered to other guests.

Cancellations and Changes

You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time — in the “Manage booking” section of our website (look up your booking by email address or booking number), by calling +371 26633081 or by emailing info@konradakafe.lv. If your plans change later than that, please let us know as soon as possible so the table can be offered to other guests.

In exceptional cases (for example, an unforeseen closure) where we have to change or cancel your reservation, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible.

Banquets and Private Events

For banquets and private events (up to 60 guests) we prepare an individual proposal — you can submit an inquiry in the “Banquets” section of our website. Separate, mutually agreed terms may apply to such events.

Payment

We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and cash. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Tips are not included and are at your discretion.

Personal Data

The personal data required for a reservation (name, phone, email) is used only to process the booking and to communicate with you. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who disturb others, are heavily intoxicated or violate these terms. Please be respectful of other guests and our team.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time — the current version is always available on our website, and we update the “Last updated” date whenever changes are made.
